When ordering to a country other than Europe, you are the importer of the goods in question. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or government taxes may need to be paid. All orders, regardless of their origin, must be paid in euros.

Article 5 – Payment

Article 6 – Repossession

Article 7 – Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the website “https://www.wallclockmanufacturers.com” and within the limits of the available stock. For products that are not in stock, our offers are subject to the availability of our suppliers.
If the product is not available after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank charges will be applied.
The website “https://www.wallclockmanufacturers.com” is also not intended for the sale of products in large quantities. AU COEUR DE LA FORMATION therefore reserves the right to refuse orders for several identical items that do not correspond to a normal order from a particular customer.
Article 8 – Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the deadline indicated on the order confirmation page.
If the delivery is delayed, an email will be sent to you to inform you of the possible consequences for the delivery time you have indicated.
In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delay in delivery, you have the option of canceling your order under the conditions set out in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If you receive the product in the meantime, we will reimburse you and the delivery costs under the terms of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
In the case of deliveries via a carrier, the company AU COEUR DE LA FORMATION cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery resulting exclusively from the unavailability of the customer after several proposals for an appointment.
Article 9 – Warranty
All our products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under Article 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. If a product sold does not meet the requirements, it can be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All complaints, exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days of delivery.
